I have always been self conscience about my breasts ever since I realized that they were never going to come in. So finally, saved up enough money to have my long lived dream of having my breasts done!
After reading a lot of reviews, I decided to book a consultation with Dr. Chen Lee in Montreal, Quebec. He is very soft spoken, informative and friendly. I found that his pricing very reasonable for what he has to offer, which is many years of experience and expertise in the field of cosmetic surgery.
Although I have been dreaming about getting breasts I am still contemplating the timing. My husband and I just got married last year and starting to think about when we will have children. This is something I always wanted to do for myself and I feel like if I have children I would never be able to spend that kind of money on myself. Does that make sense?
I have also confided with my sister who had 3 babies telling me to wait since her breasts went through a lot of changes. We have a similar build which is a great comparison to what might happen to my body. She told me that her breasts are smaller than before! Which is probably better than saggy boobies. Decisions decisions.. well, not much to think about since I am already gunning to have them done lol
I have my second appointment later on today to decide on my sizing, I will post photo's soon!

Sizing appoinment
Dr Lee gave me a range of size for my frame, then his assistant was the one who helped me with the elimination process.
I have read a few reviews on real self to hear a lot of comments like "I wish I have gotten bigger" so I am currently torn between two sizes:
1. full profile, 11.4cm diameter, 325cc, 4.6cm projection
2. full profile, 11.5cm diameter 335cc, 4.7cm projection
My actual breast width is 10.5cm so what I liked about my choice of implant is the width. I will have a bit of cleavage when nude and have a little bit of side boob to have feminine curves. I also liked them because you can see the in clothing yet looking pretty natural in clothing!
I am going with the gel implants by Natruelle Inspira. I choose the silicone for a few reasons. I like the fact that the consistency is similar to your own fat, so it will feel like your own after a little while. If it ever ruptures, the gel would stay within the cavity of your scar tissue (so it won't be such an urgency to correct them) And they are less prone to rippling.
I have booked a second fitting with my sister just to have a second opinion. I think at that point I will be ready to book my date for my surgery!

1 week to go!
I can not believe that I am finally going through with this! Just past the 1 week mark until my surgery and boy, I am excited! I am starting to prepare myself for surgery. I'm generally in good health, no allergies, take no drugs of any kind, non smoker and exercise regularly. I have stopped drinking any alcohol 2 weeks before surgery and drinking plenty of water! I purchased a wedge pillow to help me sleep at a 45 degree incline during my recovery and now I just need to get my prescription.
Unfortunately, I couldn't do my sizing with my sister because my appointment was rescheduled... but finally I decided to go with 325cc, 11.4cm diameter and 4.6 projection. I also had to choose a back up in case my skin cannot close, so for my back up I choose 295cc, 11.25 diameter 4.5 projection. In any case, I am sure that I will love my new breasts!!
I wonder if I would miss my itty bitties? Here I posted some of my before pics.

Hi Kerry! Thanks for your support, its a huge decision and it's nice to hear from other women in the same situation. This site has helped me tremendously, so I wanted to give back by keep posting about my experience :) Good luck with your surgery!!
Did you book your date for the surgery? It's funny because i've been there almost same date. Then i was waiting for my boss to come back from vacations to get approbation for 2 weeks off.
Now, i am home resting! It's been done on friday morning! The day after my baby two years old's birthday!
