Pictures of shape, projection, cleavage and scars, 2 years post op. And after a fourth pregnancy! Duribg breastfeesing I had double bubble from swollen milk ducts but that resolved as soon as I finished breastfeeding. And they look GREAT!

My breasts settled perfectly. After my BA, I got pregnant and breastfed my fourth baby. No issues breastfeeding. While I breastfed, I had seriously scary double bubble because of the full milk ducts contrasting with my implants. I was terrified they'd stay that way but once I weaned my baby, my breasts returned to their beautiful shape and size. They even settled better and more naturally! No sagging either! I still love them!
