I always wanted boobies, but I never got any. I waited long enough, and I finally decided to give this gift to myself. I was scared of going under the knife at first because I read about all the complications, but I found a very skilled surgeon and he gave me gorgeous breasts! I am so happy! I am now four days post-op. I will post some pictures very soon as well as some more posts about my recovery.

Hi Alina! I too got anatomical implants. My surgery was the day after yours. I am curious to know more about your experiences. I am concerned bc I feel like my implants are too high & I was under the impression that the textured anatomical implants don't really drop like the smooth round ones do. Did your surgeon indicate your breasts would change much over the next few months? You say yours are already beautiful. I don't feel this way about mine, & I'm afraid the shape & position may not change enough enough to be satisfactory.

Hi Kat. In my opinion, it is normal for your implants to be high right now, since you're still so early post-op, even if they are anatomical. I have asked ladies with anatomical implants on another forum about how anatomicals drop, and all of them told me that even though they don't drop as much as round implants, they do change very much. Also, I've been told that they take much more time to settle than round implants and that they can even take as much as 12 months to reach their final result. Be patient with them :) Hope this helps!

I am 6 days post op 250cc smooth round silicone under the muscle my bra size before was 32A sometimes AA. I am 5'8" 122 athletic. Look at my pics. So happy with the small size.

Hi alina, it would really help me if you could tell me what size u were before surgery. Im thinking about anatomicals but not sure I want the extra cost.

Hi! I was very flat before surgery and I wore 32a bras. However, measured myself for the first time a few days ago and I found out that I'm actually a 28" under the bust; so technically, I wasn't wearing the right band size. Anatomical implants are perfect for smaller ladies, in my opinion. Hope this helps :)

These are my new boobs five days post op. I'm wearing a surgical bra and a compression band. I will take more pics soon as well as nude ones. :)
