I have been doing research and have narrowed it down to 3 treatments (all Fractional co2) I have been reading mixed reviews from all 3 so I am frustrated and do not know what to do. I am 40 years old and my scars seem to be showing more and more as my skin gets older. The ice pick scars have always showed and are visible but not getting worse. However, the white ones on my cheeks seem to be getting worse. The rolling scars are also deeper. As you can see by the photos I have all 3 of the most common scars and I am 100% ready to commit - but to witch treatment?

Safeman- Have you tried needling? It does the same thing as the lasers only more slowly, but without the risk of possibly getting laser damage and making things worse. You can do the treatments at home. There are many instructional cites and videos. Single needling worked the best for my laser induced ice pick scars. Regular dermarolling helps restore pigment. Some find saline injections along with needling to be a good treatment for depressed scars. Dermastamping works well on more dense indented types of scars that need to be broken up. A nice thing about dermarolling at home is you can control the timing and working in downtime. I have also known people who have had good results from subcision combined with saline or suctioning. There are many reviews (and before and after photos) online about these treatments if you are interested. Good luck.
