In Need of a Breast lift on Right boob + Augmentation with implants and stomach & love handles lipo

Current situation - I wish I could find a solution to go through the BA without a lift. Boobs are symmetrical the only issue is that my Right one is a bit lower than the left one.

Dr Papanastasiou was very knowledgeable. He made sure to answer all my questions, was very patient and straight forward with me by telling me what fat I can lose through exercices instead of lipo. I totally trust his expertise. The staff was very nice as well.

I just had my BA without a lift,I was on the borderline of needing a lift but did not want the extra scars so my doctor did the dual Plan Placement which gave me just enough lift for the look I was going for,I wanted a natural look so I didn't mind if my nipples were not really high so far I love them but I have a lot more dropping and healing to do its just been 5 days.You might want to look into having the dual Plan Placement

If it's any consolation I think your breast look nice as they are. I had pretty bad saggy breast so I needed it but yours look good. I had only a breast lift done, I almost did implants but I'm glad I decided not to. I had enough breast tissue to make them look pretty full w/o implants

Hello everyone,
I'm so glad I found this website because your reviews are really helpful.
So I never had kids but I've always had weight problems, putting on and off weight (125 to 165) which lead to a saggy 34B :( and I also have some stubborn fat on my stomach for the longest time I can remember, even through exercising and a good diet. I'm 5'5 and currently at 155 pounds, I would like to drop to 135 before having any procedures done.

So far I've had one consultation with a plastic Surgon in montreal, Dr Papanastasiou. He really did a great first impression on me when I met him for my consultation (150$ CAD), I also read over 200 positives reviews from his patients thats why I picked him in the first place, I know he's the perfect plastic surgeon for my procedures.... the only problem is the cost. Plastic surgery are overly expensive in canada....
Lipo 2/3 Abdomen: 3150$ CAD
Lipo love handles: 2100$ CAD
Breast augmentation with round silicon "gummy bear" + mini lift on my right boob : 9675$ CAD
Anesthesia: 950$ CAD
for a big total of 18 252$ CAD (tax inc)// 15k USD
I already feel bad enough about spending that much money on cosmetic surgery, so I'm trying to see what my other options are before I go through with it... My scheduled appointment is in Aug 27th 2015 so I basicly have 1 month to find a as good but cheaper alternative before I confirm the surgery and give deposit to the clinic.

Currently I'm waiting to have a quote and online consultation with Dr Felipe Amaya (Colombia) which seems to be an excellent plastic surgeon as well from the pictures I saw and some reviews I've read (couldnt find any negatives reviews) but there wasnt as many reviews as Dr Papanastasiou or Dr Miami. I just wish could read more reviews from his work, plus Colombia is a bit far but hey If its what it takes to get my sexy on!!

About Dr Miami!! I am sooo interested to get a quote from Him (Dr Michael Salzhauer aka "Dr Miami" ) but it seems almost impossible for me to get a quote and consultation from his clinic. I called 3 days ago to get a quote and setup an online consultation and the lady on the line told me to fill up a form online along with my pictures which I did. Someone replied to me but without a quote and told me that I could either go to the clinic without any appointment but the doctor only see the first 15 patients, there is no way im flying all the way to Miami for a consultation without any scheduled appointment !!!
he then offered me to book an online consultation on March 2nd??? I thought it was a mistake so I asked if he meant March 2 2016, and no reply since then! :( Does it take usually that long to consult him?
Im looking to have the procedures done in August 2015.
Anybody has any insight on Dr Miami's clinic and consultation process? thank you.

Hey love, I've been a lurker on this sight but I do have my first consultation scheduled for 6/26 for a BA. I've noticed how much the costs of surgeries varies from location and PS about $4k USD variance. I'm in Maryland and it adverages about $6k-7k but I've seen Texas and Miami as low as $3k!!!! Wow. I think it also depends if the surgery is done at a hospital or like a Medspa type clinic. Both has pros and cons... Good luck with your research and hopefully you'll find a PS in a price range that you are looking for! Don't compromise safety tho! Keep us posted! I'm interested in what you end up with!
Thank you @vanitytee I will definitely keep you posted :) . And For sure the Safety and expertise of the PS comes before the price there is no way I'll go jeopordize my health just to save some money. I just need to see If I could find another excellent PS outside Canada since its not a problem for me to travel with my line of work and get this done at a more reasonable price hehehehe.
Dr. Miami has gotten extremely popular and hence the booking date for a consultation is so far out. He is really a good and try asking to be put on a waiting list for a virtual consultation.

Sorry to hear that. I had a consult with him but it was scheduling a surgery date that worked for me was the hard part.

hey girl, so just to keep you updated I found my PS, it's Dr Alex Campbell from Cartagena Colombia. I'll be having my surgery done in Sept 2nd this year. I've started a new thread so you can follow my journey there. :)

@caprisharenee yes, im scheduled for september 2nd.
Dr. Papanastasiou did my reduction in 1999 & I'm thrilled with my results. He also did a friend's reconstruction after her mastectomy. He truly is an excellent doctor.
Once you factor in flight, accommodation costs & meals for a good 10 days in Colombia , you won't save much. Please update with your progress!
Hey Doll, I started a new thread actually look up my profile. I've decided to go to Colombia and Im actually saving 8000$ CAD (inc hotel stay and flight tickst) for the same procedures. My surgery date is set already for sep 2d! :)
