WORTH IT$7,000
I'm a mother of 4 lovely children, 3 that were born via c-sections! I've been tossing this idea for the last few years only for it to finally come to reality. No matter how much I run or lift weights, I couldn't lose this belly fat. I will finally have my procedure this month and I'm very excited yet nervous. Praying for a successful surgery!

First Post Op Appointment
So I had my surgery on Friday and everything turned out nice. The day after the surgery was not as bad as I thought because I had received the Exparel. Today I went for my first appointment and they removed the bandages. I have been given the go to shower and to place myself in the other binder provided by the doctor. I do have swelling as I expected but he actually took more off than originally discussed which made me happy. I can't wait to continue with the healing and see my results unfold before my eyes!

First Drain Removed
Today, I went in and had one of the drains (right side) removed. Thanks to another RS sister, I took her advice and took some pain meds prior to arriving to my doctor's appointment and watched the nurse take it out. It feels really comfortable now with only one. I have a follow-up appointment on Friday morning to have the left drain removed. I'm still walking hunched over which is highly recommended until the 2 week post op. Even though I feel like I can walk straight up, it's just a lot of strain on my lower back. I do believe working out prior to my surgery helped me a lot during this recovery time. I also took a full shower last night which was amazing!

Isn't that a huge relief?! I was so happy when mine came out even though I only had it in for 5 days. Can't wait to see your progress, good luck!
