Rhinoplasty and Double Chin Lipo in Monterrey MX

Today I removed the tape from my nose while showering. I took photos right after. My nose is still pretty swollen but I’m loving the shape already. My tip is a bit raised but It will slightly come down with time. My nostrils are surprisingly very identical. I was worried that they would look uneven/different. From the front you can tell I’m still swollen. I have confidence that everything is going to keep improving. My double chin is almost gone too. I’m so happy and satisfied with Dr. Fahme!

I forgot to mention that my surgeon ordered an anti-inflammatory shot the same day my cast was removed. The nurse came in right after they got removed my cast and administered the shot. That was definitely a random and unexpected detail. Whatever magic potion they gave me did wonders to my appearance. I kid you not, this was me the next day.

Forgot to update everyone, my cast came off Thursday. I posted some immediate pictures. Doctor cleaned my nose removed the stitches on my nostrils and also the ones in my small incision of my chin. I was impressed and shocked to see my face for the first time time. The moment I’ve been waiting for so long, although swollen my nose looked so good!! I can’t wait to see how it will turn out once the swelling subsides.
