I research many doctors in Mexico but only Dr. Marcos Fahme gave me the confidence and time to hear my problem. He is one of the best doctors in Monterrey and he also works in Brazil. I did not like my nose at all. I have been dreaming of having a more refined and beautiful nose. The doctor and his staff were very kind and he works at one of Monterrey´s best private hospitals.

I was amazed with the results. The procedure was done with local anesthesia and no post op pain. A picture says a thousand words. Here are my post op pics. I just loved it. I highly recommend Dr Marcos Fahme. He surpassed all my expectations!
