Wow! I love your pics. I think it looks fantastic. I look a bit like you from the side and have always considered having orthognathic surgery but am terrified. You have inspired me to look at chin implant and lipo.

Last doctor visit!

So I saw my doctor for the last time last week, and he showed me my before and one month after photos. It's almost been 3 months, and I'm about 90% back to normal. Still the best decision I've ever made!!! Also, my doctor said my implant was a size 3 for anyone asking. :)
