I've been been thinking about breast augmentation for 10 years. I used to like my small breasts until they started looking deflated from breastfeeding and aging. I'm currently a 34B cup, hoping to improve the flattened saggy look and restore to nursing size (full C/small D at most). My plastic surgeon recommended Sientra high profile smooth round gel implants 385cc.

Decided on Sientra hp smooth round 385cc.
Chose 385cc over 410cc. Hoping not too small to reach my goal.

Hi Gigglefig! From the looks of it and stats, I'd say we are pretty similar body wise. My PS suggested the textured Sientra because of the lower possible occurrence of capsular contracture. With my BWD he gave me the range of 355 / 385 / 435 / 450cc with moderate projection. I liked the sizers for the 385 and even 410 but they don't make textured in 410cc. I want to maintain a very active lifestyle so I think the 385cc is just what I needed. Honestly I don't feel the incisions from the lollipop lift at all --which I find kind of bizarre and nice at the same time. It's more the stretching of the underneath incisions when I move too much. Granted it's only three days post op so a lot can still happen! Looking forward to hearing about your journey!!

Hi, I think so too and great to find you! I've seen quite a few ladies with 385 with nice results but very different starting points so it's hard to imagine how they'll look on me. I definitely want to maintain an active lifestyle as well and feeling more confident now about the size choice. Also good to know the incisions aren't so bad, will ask my ps about a lift for more symmetry. Thanks for the info, looking forward to following your progress. Yes, it's so hard to judge where you'll end up after BA/BL compared to other women. We're all shaped so differently and with different amounts of breast tissue. I think that's where some blind faith and trust in your PS to match your wish boobs comes into play. Some people say go bigger some say go smaller but only you will know what your ideal image is so trust it!! I'll try to keep my review up to date so you can see how my healing progresses before your procedure. :)
