Omg can't believe its my turn to document my journey!!
This has been a couple years in the making. I've been doing research like crazy and stalking RealSelf for ages. I'm 39 with 3 little kids and ready to reclaim my body. I had my daughter when i 1st initially started my research and decided i wanted to try for one more baby before having this done ... well that one baby i wanted to try for, wound up being identical twin boys! I'm 5 months post partum, and this factory is CLOSED!
I filled out Robles' questionnaire and submitted pics via her website. I recvd a reply less than 48 hrs later. $5,600 for TT, lipo to waist, back underarms, and a BBL.
The price also includes:
a 12 day stay at her RH (2 days prior to surgery, and 10 days after)
Driver-to/from airport, and all follow up visits btwn RH and her office
1st faja
One nite clinic stay
Assistant
And i think something else, I'll have to look at my email again
I've been in contact with her assistant Yeny, and she's been very pleasant thus far.
I'm still contemplating on whether or not i stay at her RH, i think I'd prefer a RH where i get my own room. But i haven't had any luck in finding one that offers this option that's still close to PlastiCenter... if anyone knows of a reliable place, pls let me know!
My price will drop $300, if i don't stay in Robles' RH ...
I think thats it for now. I'm waiting on Yeny to confirm my date (3.18.19) and directions for deposit.
Oh! I should say that i had lipo and a bbl done here in the states in 2010, but i wasn't fully happy with the results. I know results depends on ones own body structure, but i feel if you want to achieve a real WOW factor it has to be done overseas... my US doc was awesome, no complaints on him; but i am Dominican, where we appreciate and LOVE our curves. I should have followed my instincts to go to DR from day one, but u live and u learn

Wow that is a huge price difference! I got all the same things done for double the cost here in Texas. I agree there is probably a huge aesthetic difference between the states and there. More conservative here for sure.

Yes for sure its way expensive in the states... I paid over 10k back in 2010, all for a "MEHHH" result.... RH recovery house

You look great.. My date is coming up July 19th and I'm so scared and looking at your after surgery pics it looks like it really hurts. How is the pain in your opinion?

For me there was no pain... its just a whole bunch of discomfort if that makes sense. You have to literally sleep sitting. Also for the 1st 48-72 hours your lower back can't make contact with the bed,sofa, chair etc. So u have to keep ur back slightly arched... then on top of all that, u have to walk hunched over so as to not stretch your incision. Also your stomach muscles are pulled sooo tight, you can't walk straight anyway. I'm 5 weeks in and i think I started walking straight up, maybe two weeks ago. So again, so pain; but all of the above takes a toll on you... but it gets better. Keep your eye on the prize!

DR here i come! Paid my deposit via Paypal this morning ($300 usd) super easy... I'll be staying at New Girl recovery house which Robles works directly with... I've been in contact with Luisa who runs the place as i want to confirm a private room.. i'll need to pay the price difference directly with her. She is supposed to call me to confirm...
I should say that i need to stay at Deluxe recovery house for 3 days I immediately after surgery (which Robles requires) then the rest of my stay will be with New Girl

Hi did you have to pay tax on your deposit via PayPal? I also paid my deposit but was charged tax. Just curious if this was for everyone.

God willing Surgery will be July 19th flying out the 17th.. I'm new to all of this not sure what steps I'm just shocked I actually put the deposit lol..

Robles quoted me the same price (5,600), how ever the deposit of 350 plus a 6% PayPal fee (376...) was asked to hold my date.

Oh wow, I wonder why it was different? Maybe your date is a favorite date for surgery (??) Nonetheless its still deducted from your total... when are u set for surgery?

Thats about 2 weeks after me! I'm scheduled for March 18th... the nerves are starting to pick up AHHHH! But I'm sooo ready to feel good about myself again... so I'm pushing thru the nerves as best i can

DR Robles sent me this cheat sheet of what to do in preparation for the big day, along with a supply list of things I'll need while in DR. I'm really not trying to over pack, so this is helpful... her assistant also advised to bring at least an extra 1k for incidentals. A lot of the stuff i can buy online for much cheaper though.
I'm also going to schedule a colonic for 2 weeks before departure. I read on here somewhere that it helps a great deal when receiving a TT and recovery

I think i'm gonna pick her too. Her assistants are very prompt. I'm thinking about going in February. Are you staying at the RH that's included in her package?
