Mommy makeover two weeks post op

WORTH IT$17,600
I've lost more than 60 lbs and decided to have a mommy makeover with Dr. Bryson Richards here in Las Vegas. The process with scheduling was very swift over the phone. The facility is very lux. I was just supposed to have a TT consultation but decided to ask about my breast as well. He did a good job with consultation although I felt he was in a little bit of a rush. I only get to try one size of breast implant sizers. My coordinator, Cadia was ok. I heard good things and praises about Mindy (I guess she's the other coordinator, wish I have gotten her). My initial consultation date was Sept. and the following week laid $500 to reserve the date of surgery. I was a little nervous about choosing the right size of implant for me as I really wasn't able to discuss it with Dr. Richards, my coordinator keeps saying you'll discuss it with him the day of surgery if I tell him exactly what I'm looking for.Two weeks before surgery, I decided not to add the lipo when I paid the full balance and got instructions pre-op (initial consult Dr. Richards said I don't need it but they were having a bundle price so I ask for a quote with it). Two days before surgery I called the clinic to tell them I wanted to add liposuction on my flanks and if I can still add it, front desk lady with accent (super nice, I really like her very friendly) said she'll ask and will return my call by the end of the day. She did say it was ok to add, just bring the remaining balance for it day off surgery.Day of surgery. I was their first case, I arrived at 7 am. Didn't seem like anyone was there, ent to the back door, my nurse (sorry I forgot his name) really nice gentleman, took us inside, told me to change to a gown and put my Ted hose on after they took a pregnancy test. I had then met with Dr Richards. I was able to ask him about the size of the implant, initially I said i want a natural looking breast from small B to small D. Since I also needed a lift I said I was worried the 385 was going to be small. But also didn't want really big. He said he'll try on 385 and 415 on me.When he was measuring me for my Tummy Tuck and Lipo, he said I didn't have much in my flank area and he said I'll look good and flat even without it, he said he had more muffin top and he could use a lipo. He wanted to save me from recovery and said if after surgery I'm not happy he will do the Lipo with the same bundle discount he gives his patients for mommy makeover but he thinks I don't need it. I WAS REALLY IMPRESSED AND I APPRECIATE HIS HONESTY.After he left the room I met with the anesthesiologist, another very nice gentleman, he seemed very experienced, asked me about any history with anesthesia and family background. I felt really safe with the whole team. They took me in OR, took my glasses and mask off, laid me on the table, one female scrub nurse came to me and checked on me if I was ok, if I was cold, made sure I was ok. I really appreciate it because I was getting nervous.Few minutes after they said I should have a good dream vacation, started feeling sleepy and what seemed like 10 seconds I was awake with my new body. Post op instructions from the male nurse given to my family we on point. Written what the meds are for in the actual med bottle, (FOR PAIN, MUSCLE RELAXANT, ANTIBIOTICS-FINISH ALL. ALSO DR. RICHARDS PERSONAL CELL NUMBER).The night of I got a text from Dr. Richards apologizing for the late text but wanted to check on me, my recovery went really smoothly I think compared to others I've watched on YouTube. Overall I had a really good experience. Will continue to update here. First drain was out three days post op and second one was off 7 days post op.I bought the super pricey Biocorneum scar gel, some places I saw give it to them complimentary. I haven't tried it yet but hopefully it'll help with scarring. I'm meeting with Dr. Richards (two post op visits I only met with coordinator) January 21st.

I’m confident to wear cropped top now.
littleknown84December 21, 2020
It’s been exactly one week post taking off my second drain. I feel so much better without it. I have been so excited to try on clothes I ordered online to see how they’d fit me now that my biggest insecurity (my belly pooch) is gone.
Here are some pictures of me trying on some cropped tops. I can’t wait for summer time when I can wear two piece bikini.
As you can see I’m not as hunch over anymore, some days I walk straighter and some days I feel pulling and tightness on my incisions and it’s usually right when I’m getting up from sleep.

No more sucking in
littleknown84December 29, 2020
I always have to suck in my stomach especially when I’m wearing a tight fitted clothes. I never was comfortable in them. Now I no longer have to “suck it in” anymore.
Almost 4 weeks post op and I’m standing straight.
