warning!! avana plastic surgery is a scam!!

AVANA PLASTIC SURGERY IS A SCAM!!
SCOTT MORADIAN IS MIA!! NO ONE KNOWS WHERE HE IS!!
DO NOT BOOK W/THEM!! THEY WILL SCREW U!
I booked with them well over a month ago to have a mommy makeover. Tummy tuck/breast lift, after seeing a YouTuber by the name of Tiarra Monet, who vlogged her experience with him, and raced about his work. After watching her vlog, I started to look up his credentials, and of course, came here to Real Self, to see if he and Avana was all the hype Tiarra claimed them to be.
As most of U can see, no one has reported having an issue with him. The reviews on him are fantastic. But the reviews on Avana are light weight compared to actually experiencing their service!!
I paid my deposit of $250, scheduled my medical clearance, filled out ALL the necessary paperwork Avana requested, and booked my stay at a recovery center following my surgery. The only thing I haven’t booked yet, is my airfare, as I live in NY.
I was waiting until I got my clearance from my doc before moving forward with flight reservations.
This past Friday, 11/6/20, I received an email from the surgical coordinator, Monique Nunez, in which she claimed that Dr. Moradian was supposedly not available due to a family emergency, but she was told that he might be back this week. Today is (11/9) But she wasn’t certain, and that she URGES me to take a look at Dr. Mameniski or Dr. Dress, if Dr. Moradian isn’t back by my schedule surgery on 11/30.20
Clearly I’m frustrated, but what can I do at this point?
Mind U, just a couple of weeks prior, Dr. Moradian took to his IG page, to refute the rumors circulating around his absence, that as of now, is well over a month. After speaking with Monique, I went on his IG, and a bunch of women were all posting that they’ve all been lied to, in which they were told that he’s still there. But after they fly dish to Miami, they’re then told he’s not there, and isn’t coming in. They then try to push U off onto the other doctors.
One of the young ladies held back NO PUNCHES in giving us the real tea on how Avana does their patients. Another female DM’d me, and told me that it’s funny that Monique said he was out due to a family emergency, because Monique told her that he was filling in at another hospital to help out with COVID!! And another girl just yesterday, said that she was told by one of the staff members, that he was gonna be out due this entire month, because he was training another doctor at a hospital.
Umm, my surgery is on 11/29/20. We only have 1 November per year. If he’s going to be out for the rest of this month, then he obviously can’t perform my surgery!!
They CLEARLY can’t get their stories straight!!
So I emailed, and DM’d Avana all this weekend, yesterday, and today, and spoke with Monique on her cell phone yesterday, and she said he still wasn’t back yet. But to give her a call on Friday, because she should know by then if he’s coming back. I then let her know that the posts are up about where he’s been working at, and that all the girls are being lied to, and told he’s not there once they fly to Miami.
I told her I want my money back!!! Period!! I booked with him!! If he’s no longer with them, then I’m not interested in going to another doc. Mameniski has a phot of a tuck, here on Real Self, and the woman’s scar is right underneath her belly button!!
Who the hell wants a scar that high up!!
No, it’s either Moradian or no one. She then told me she’s have Natalia from the refund department call me back to issue my refund.
It’s now 4:30pm. I’ve been on the phone ALL DAY, trying to works to someone, because of course, I NEVER got the phone call.
When I finally did get someone, it was Monique.
She transferred me over to the refund department, and they told me to go through their portal to request it, in which it didn’t work. She then asked if my card is still valid, in which I told her yes. She placed me on hold, and then came back on the phone and lied to me, telling me that he’s coming back on Monday, and that if she cancels out my surgery date now, to issue my refund, I won’t be eligible for it, because my surgery too far out, and that he’s coming back. She claimed that she’d call me herself on Monday and let me know he’s back!!
ALL BULL[RS bleep]!!
THEY TELL ALL THE GIRLS THE SAME THING, and he’s NEVER there when they show up!!!!
I told her if he’s truly going to be there, then I should be able to siren to him myself to make sure. She refused and said SHE’D be the one calling.
She said they would not be issuing my refund because I signed the paperwork when I booked the appointment.

I’ve lost count as to how many dolls that have says this place is a chop shop, the customer service is trash, and that it’s dirty!!
They’ll NEVER get another dime from me again!! Idc if Beyoncé recommended them!! NEVER AGAIN!!

It shouldn’t be this hard to find a QUALIFIED DOC and office, so that U don’t die on the table, or end up on an episode of BOTCHED!!
I’m now looking for another doctor!! Spending nothing but money on consults, and no surgery!! Don’t just listen to the YouTube girls.
They get paid to promote.
