Tummy Tuck Breast Lift Lipo

I am just starting this journey to my new self. I am getting a tummy tuck, breast lift, lipo of the flanks, back, and outer thighs. The surgery will be 6 hours long! I am planning on the pain pump to go home with after surgery. Hopefully that helps with the pain right after. I am super excited but very nervous! I have been heavy off and on my whole life. I had my first bariatric surgery in 2008. I had the lap band. That did not go like I thought it would. Did not loose much weight at all. I threw up all the time because my food got stuck with almost every bite. After it causing me some pain and issues I was fed up and fought to have it out and get a revision done. In 2014 after 3 appeals with insurance I had it removed and the sleeve done. Best thing I did! Down 75lbs and going strong over 3 years out. Plastic surgery was never on my radar to do. Now that it seems I can maintain this weight and now I see how my stomach looks. I have decided I don't want to live with it. Then it trickled from there. My husband who honestly loves me for who I am suggested to look in to the breast lift. Might as well go big or go home and get it all done at once if we can. Then again it trickled with me wanting to add the extra lipo. Lol so needless to say I am getting it all done in one shot thankfully. I love love love my surgeon and his office staff!!! Such a warm and welcoming place.

I am going to do pictures I am just trying to get up my nerve to do that. I want people to see my journey because other people have helped with my questions and fears.

If anyone who has been through these procedures has any advice or any dos and don't to offer. It would be appreciated!

I had my Tummy tuck, breast lift and Lipo of the flanks, back, and outer thighs 10 days ago. It hasn’t been easy that’s for sure. I didn’t expect it would be. Honestly I prepared myself pretty well for pain. With a pain pump and meds it was and is bearable. To be honest the second day was the WORST! Anesthetic wore off from the lipo areas and that has been what I feel the most. Yes the stomach is sore but the lipo of my outer thigh is still what bothers me the most. The left side of my body has been great. Most of the pain has been the right side. My left boob has been a rockstar the whole time... lol very little pain. I know it will take awhile to see the result but I am so blessed with so far no issues with my incisions and recovery. I still have my drains in. 2 of them. I am supposed to go tomorrow to get them out but I know they are still producing too much. I want to get before and after pics on here but they are all on my good camera and not my phone and I need to learn how to blur out my no no square. Any questions in the mean time ism happy to answer.
