you look really good
Thank you so much for sharing your story so thoroughly! I had a consult with Dr. Kuy recently and was having a hard time deciding who to go with. It is very expensive, so seeing that you are going to do some revisions scares me. How much will those things cost. Also, you mentioned your nipple stretching. Could you post picture of that? One of the doctors I talked with suggested doing a lift, then healing, then adding implants to avoid the nipple stretching. Did they end up matching?
Hi! Sorry for the delay in reply. I did have a revision, it was clearly included in the original cost. No charge. Tiny fix to a small dog ear, & A tiny bit of lipo. I was able to do it all while awake, it was pretty insignificant. I will try to get a photo of the breasts currently & updates, I am a little over one year postop. They may be slightly different in size but nothing I notice on a daily basis. Did you end up deciding on a surgeon?
Forgive any typos!
You look amazing! Congratulations!
Thank you I feel amazing :)
You look great. Nice belly button!

6.5 months post op

Not too much to report at 6 months post op. I’ve lost 15 pounds out of my goal of 20. I attribute this about 85% to counting calories with the MyFitnessPal app. Still working with a trainer once a week. Down from a size 10 pants into a size 6! Feels wonderful! Had my six month post up follow up with Dr. Kuy, May end up doing a few minor revisions. One being a little Lipo right above the incision line, and a little tiny revision to a small dog ear. I did develop something called Mondor’s cord, Just a swollen vein how long my abdomen. Maybe from working out, and extended vertically from my left breast down. Slightly painful but went away on its own in about 4 to 5 weeks. Definitely a very weird sight to see. I’ll try to find a photo and post it. All in all I couldn’t be happier with the results, they have exceeded my expectations.

3 months post op

At 3 months post I am stronger than ever! I work with a trainer 30 minutes once a week for 4 weeks now, and fit in regular cardio on my own. I was able to plank for 30 seconds straight on Ab day but don't suggest that as I'm not sure it was a smart move! I was sore for a week straight & had what looked like broken capillaries on my stomach. Doing regular scar treatment though I mix it up. They're still red but the redness varies. One of my nipples stretched out! I think the other has too a little but not to the circumference of the other. Maybe that's when all the stitches dissolved. Then it started to also look like it was spitting a stitch but nothing ever came out. I still have minor redness at the bottom of my breasts & minor swelling at the center of tummy incision line. I got the app "MyFitnessPal" when I started with the trainer at the gym, I count my calories with it & since doing that in conjunction with working out I've lost 6-7 lbs in the last 3 weeks. About 13lbs away from my goal weight. The app helps me tremendously to not mindlessly snack & makes me make better food decisions. I enjoy whatever I want but I stay within my calorie limits. I have yet to buy a bikini! But I have purchased a ton of crop tops and new jeans! My favorite go to nowadays.
