Mommy Makeover tomorrow!

I am getting a TT w/ MR, 360 lipo, and a breast life with implants tomorrow. I have been wanting this for a few years. I am very active and healthy but all the clean eating and exercise can’t fix my diastasis recti! I also breastfed for four years in total and am very deflated. I look forward to feeling confident and strong again! I am also a well controlled Type 1 diabetic so I will be sharing my review from that perspective as well in case that helps anyone out there thinking about doing this with type 1. Here are some before pics...

The first 28 hours were horrible for me. So much pain and discomfort. I called and was able to speak to Dr. S right away and we doubled my pain meds and muscle relaxers and that changed everything. I was so uncomfortable I barely slept until 28 hrs post op and then with more meds on board I was able to actually sleep at night. I think I just wasn’t taking enough pain meds to start and got way behind on the pain. I now feel so much better and can rest and sleep!! I’ve got a lymphatic massage tomorrow at the Dr’s along with my follow-up. Btw, the massage therapist there is amazing and so helpful. I have been able to do my own at home. Up and walking around more today and even showered. My blood sugar was very high and resistant likely due to pain and inflammation, but is finally getting back to normal.
