My Time Has Come
I have spent following the real self site since 2013. I have always gone back and forth with whether to get the mommy makeover or not. Well with years of dwelling on it and following the page and seeing many of you guys process and recoveries. I have finally made the decision to go ahead and indulge and doing the mommy makeover for myself. I am scheduled for this Friday September 6th. Super anxious but excited at the same time. I cannot wait to see what my turnout would be. My stats are I am 5 7 139 to 141 lb my bra size is currently a 34b with sag. My goal is to achieve a full C cup. My doctor has decided to use Allegran natural silicone gummy bear 365 cc's. Another option he gave me was 445 cc's. I'm kind of afraid that 445 cc will make me look super big due to my frame being very small. I don't want to have to regret not going bigger as most people do always say they wish they would have went bigger. I will be having a full anchor lift alone with my tummy tuck. I am pretty active and I just will not know what to do with myself for the next month or so with recovering. Any insights and tips that any of you can share or welcome. I would just like to thank everyone who has been posting their processing recovery over the years cuz it's definitely has inspired me and influence me on making my decision. Definitely will be keeping you guys posted on my progress and updating you guys with pics.

How many cc' s did you decide on

Today is post-op Day 2 for me. My doctor requires that all his tummy tuck patient's stay over night in the hospital. He says it's a really big surgery and he wants all of his patient's that has tummy tucks to be monitor for at least one Night. He went ahead and actually we decided to do 365 cc's in. Right now I've been in a lot of pain and restriction what movement. I would try to upload some pics in the next coming days

post op day 4
Slowly but surely my recovering is come around. I am so happy to have this done. But more importantly patiently waiting for my results to fall in place. I have never had surgery before didn't know what to expect as far as the recovery process. I thought I was prepared enough knowing what to expect but it has truly been a road to recovery. Still don't feel quite myself I know I'm not one week out yet. I am still not walking upright but everyday it feels like I'm getting a little bit more upright then the day before. Pain is so much not initial at this point it's more of the tightness of the Faja. I changed out of Faja yesterday and it was a mission I was truly winded from the whole process. I went to the doctor today he looked at my incision says everything looks great but will keep my drains in for another week until they are draining less than 25 CC's a day. Right now I've been draining about 40 to 60 CC's daily. I'm in no rush I'm going to let him be the captain of this ship and just follow his commands. Also another issue I'm struggling with is lack of appetite and no bowel movement as of yet. I lighten up on taking the Percocets instead I take Motrin and I've been taking a laxative daily. I think by tomorrow if I don't go I'm just going to go get me a nice Starbucks coffee hopefully that does the trick. I still can't believe I made it to do this surgery that for years I've been talkin intubating about. But in due time when my results comes all in place and we'll know it was well worth it. I will post it again in a few days of my process and transition into a new body

Hey November Rose!! I'm excited for your results! It sounds like recovery is a little rough so I'm hoping you're healing quick and getting some rest. It takes a lot to get this point, since you mention you've considered this for years, so I'm so happy and excited for you!! <3

Post Day 11
So today I went to my second follow up. My umbilical dressing was removed. Which is healing and looking great. My doctor removed one drain and left one in. I have been drawing 10-20cc day on both. He was a little concerned with the bulging of one side of my stomach. He suspects possibly more fluid. He says he doesn't like seromas and want to be very precautionous. Well if I have to have it another week then another well. I am feeling a lil more energetic, my back is where I get most of my pain but its doable. I follow up again in a week and my last drain will be removed. I still cant believe I have done this surgery that I been wanting for years.
