Augmentation with Lift & Tummy Tuck 500cc’s

I have high profile 465 Allergan saline implants filled to 500 cc’s. I’m ecstatic about my results. These photos don’t do me justice. I’ll add more soon!

I am two days shy of being eight weeks postoperative and I feel great and look amazing!
I used this site to read up on other people’s experiences and results however my surgeon, Dr. Linder and his staff, mainly Adrianna were available to me at every step! No question or concern was too insignificant or minor, they listened and responded immediately and with care and concern.
First my process began with my consultation with Dr. Linder. I knew he was my surgeon after knowing so many women who had great results and positive comments about every step of their procedure. I wanted a breast augmentation and at my consultation, Dr. Linder recommended a lift and tummy tuck. I have kids and previous surgeries so there was scarring and possible hernia. Dr Linders experience was key in determining which procedures would yield the best results. He truly understood my body and helped me realize the best treatment plan for my desired outcome.
Once the procedures were planned and paperwork started, I began seriously considering what size I wanted and how big I wanted to go. Again I talked to Dr. Linder and his staff, Adrianna and discussed my current size and shape. They reiterated to me that photos of breasts were helpful but that every patient is different and to not get stuck on the cc size, because the mass that you begin with also plays a part in the final size. I also had tattoos on my abdomen and I wasn’t certain how they would look after surgery. (More on this later)
The day of my surgery couldn’t have went better than I could have hoped for. I was in contact with Dr. Linders staff during my preop process and labs, and was given my surgery day instructions in writing and through a reminder call! This was definitely helpful as my mind was constantly wondering if I forgot something and the communication helped. My medications were filled ahead of time, Adrianna provided me a list and texted me pictures of products that would help in my recovery (gauze, Lipo foam, etc). My surgery day came and the surgery center staff was amazing and put me at ease immediately. I woke up after surgery and went home.
The next day I returned to see Dr. Linder for a check up and everything looked good. The surgery had no complications and although I was walking hunched over due to the tummy tuck, everything else felt good. My tattoos were gone since the tummy tuck removed a large section of skin and my stomach looks flat and sexy! I was able to rest and didn’t need a lot of pain meds, I was able to just use Tylenol most of the time.
My subsequent appointments were to remove my staples and stitches and I felt healthier and had better mobility each week. I returned to work after two weeks and was able to shower after 4 weeks. During these weeks I was able to use body wipes and had a few appointments to wash and blow dry my hair since I couldn’t raise my arms or lift anything.
All in all this procedure from beginning to end was positive and I felt so supported by my surgeon and his staff! I can’t say this enough! The experience and skill of the surgeon is where it all begins, and the bedside manner and patient aftercare is essential too! Dr. Linder is the best and only surgeon who has the experience, ability and staff to deliver an exceptional experience and amazing results. And I recommend him without any reservations!
