It’s rough

I guess it’s obvious I need another surgery. My hips are deformed. My butt sucks. My stomach full of fat. My boobs still pretty saggy. Blah. $22k later I look like I went to someone’s garage in Mexico to get work done. It such a huge decision...my advice to anyone doing all the hours of research like I did...make sure you are on the same page! Dr. Kaplan was proud of this work and didn’t see an issue.

Hello. I too am having a bit of buyer’s remorse. I got a MM Nov 2019 and my waistline has the same measurement as pre-op. (Minus the stretch marks and skin) I have a question regarding your scars though... are you able to sleep comfortably without a bra yet? I started around January and my scars would get bright red and painful when I 1st wake/sit-up. Although I went back to sleeping in a bra I still wake with the discomfort. Curious if you have similar issues since we had similar body type at the start of this.

Hi...thnx for the comment. I did have some pain and the redness as well. That area around my areola is still red and kind of elevated. I don't have any pain I actually have no feeling in my boobs at all. I wear a bra because I feel they don't sit upright enough not to but no I don't have any pain. Hope it gets better soon!

My results never came together. My hips are square and look odd. My butt is square and has no fat at the bottom. My stomach is fat. I have this weird layer of fat across my back that I think was supposed to be part of my butt. So pretty much for $22k I got rid of the extra skin on my stomach and breasts lifted. of course if I had known these would be my results I wouldn’t have gotten it done. Do your research! Don’t just look at the doctors social media sites ...of course they post the patients worth posting.

Have you decided if you are gonna pursue revision? There is so much good here....your boobs...omg...and you have great legs....I think u just need a little tweak....even so I hope you feel more confident....I really think that's what the bottom line is....no one sees us naked anyway

I don't have a job right now because of covid and already maxed out what I could spend on myself. I feel better not having the extra stomach skin, but the extra fat that was placed on my hips pours over my jeans and is embarrassing. 7 months post op I still wear my garment out. Mostly because a lot of people know I had the surgery and I get embarrassed that I still have a fat stomach, fat around my hips and an uneven butt. So yes as long as I have my garment on I feel more confident then before. I just wish me and my doctor would have been more on the same page rather than selling me something he didn't intent to deliver. (You look great by the way).

that garment is gonna suck the warmer it gets....i'm so sorry you are so disappointed.....my dr wanted to do a BBL and i said absolutely not....any fat he could suck out i wanted to stay out so he lipo'd the top of my butt to give me shape back there....they had prepared me that i would still be thick front to back but that is actually my favorite angle....they offered me no promises i'm just so grateful that i had a super aggressive dr who wasn't afraid of my high BMI....the hardest part was having no idea on how i was gonna turn out.....its not perfect but i'm so so so happy i was able to do it....just wish i was younger

Your results look great. I shouldn't have done the bbl. a flat stomach so I can tuck a shirt in and feel confident about it would have been my best results. I wish continued happiness for you and stay safe!

Did your doctor tighten your abdominal muscles

April 24, 2020
I don’t think he did it because your stomach doesn’t look tight I had a tummy tuck done it’s gonna be a year ago May 17 and my stomach looks really flat not with that doctor

My doctor tighten my muscles but I still have the fat over top of it so you can't see but I know he did it. Right after my surgery I could see the dissolvable stitches but unless you exercise and diet to get rid of the fat, you won't really get that flat look. I'm not sure why some women have the fat that doesn't seem to go away and others don't.

Looking forward to talk with you.
