A Very Skilled Surgeon
I am currently four and half months post op from my mommy makeover. I was going to write my review at 3 months but just got very busy. That’s good though. I have a better idea of how I am healing. I had a good feeling from Dr Joseph from the beginning. I had one other consultation before him (from a popular Orlando surgeon) but the consultation was like a conveyer belt. His staff booked another consultation in my time slot and she wasn’t the only one. I waited 90 minutes and after explaining I was in a rush, I was placed in another room (in only a robe) for 30 more minutes, to see the actual surgeon for 10 minutes (because he was in and out of other consultation rooms), at a cost of $70.
The experience with Dr Joseph was completely different. He spent time understanding my wishes, explaining everything he would do and why, showing me examples of what my results could be and examples of the implants. He gave me confidence that he knew what he was doing and that I wouldn’t be rushed off the surgical table for the next patient. The consultation was free. I knew from that consultation I wanted him to perform my surgery.
I requested a natural look and had low profile implants at 350cc. I also had a tummy tuck, with muscle and hernia repair. His staff were lovely, his nurse Anita was lovely and the Orlando Aesthetic Institute (where the surgery took place) was amazing. If I am correct, the facility holds 2 surgery patients. The facility was clean, high tech, luxurious and the nursing staff can’t do enough for you. It was the first time I didn’t vomit following general anaesthesia.
Dr Joseph did an amazing job on my body. From when I first looked down and saw my new body till this day I have been happy. The stitching in my tummy was so fine. My boobs look very natural (like I wanted). I went from an A cup to a C (I think, I haven’t been measured yet). Now that they have dropped and fluffed, they look and feel great. I have my flat tummy and a belly button again and I couldn’t be happier. I really believe he cares about his work and his patients and he not in it just for the money.
Please let me know if you have any questions about the surgeon or procedure. It’s not an easy surgery. It takes up to one year to fully heal, but it’s so worth it. I am able to shop for clothes anywhere now and I am no longer self-conscious about my body. Good luck with your decision.
