I Hate my Results

Let me start this review by saying that I love Dr. Franco’s staff, I’ve been a patient for several years, ever since he was in Georgetown before opening his practice. My review is based on the results of my surgery and the response I’ve gotten from Dr. Franco. I am extremely unsatisfied with the results of my mommy makeover, this has paid a huge toll on my physical appearance and my psychological well being. I first consulted with Dr. Franco back in 2018 and got a lipo, bbl, and breast implants, back then he suggested that a tummy tuck will get me the results I was looking for but I wasn’t ready for such and abrasive surgery (I then paid around $12,000 for that procedure). I went back for the tummy tuck and body contouring as well as an exchange of breast implants in January 2022, this included liposuction with vaser, internal corset and rib repositioning . I extremely hate the results, he told me before the surgery that I probably didn’t have enough skin to pull it all the way down to the incision and will end up with a T shape incision when my old belly button will join the big cut, instead I ended up with what looks like 2 belly buttons. Look at my pictures!, I ended up with a hideous scar that cannot be covered by my panties and a lot of loose skin. Initially both my new belly button scar and the old belly button scar looked worst so he did a quick revision in office. However he told me that there was nothing else that can be done and pretty much I have to live with it, I’ve consulted with other surgeons and they all agree that I had enough skin to be pulled down to avoid the old belly button scar to be visible. I paid almost $20,000 for this last surgery that makes me look and feel worst than I did before. I can’t wear a 2 piece bathing suit or any clothing that shows my belly even when covering my belly button because of the loose skin. I also feel ashamed of my body during intimacy, this is definitely not what I expected by getting a mommy makeover, I feel terrible. It took me a while to decide to post this review, as I mentioned before I’ve been a patient for years, I really like the med spa services but my body looks awful. I wish everyone’s results were posted on their social media and websites so future patients can see the possible outcome of their surgery, I went by the photos and results posted that looked amazing but I’m no way near that. I wish I would’ve consulted with more doctors before making a decision, I’m out of funds to do a revision surgery now and have to live with this everyday.
