I had an excellent experience with Dr. Tattlebaum. He was clear and realistic about expectations. He was empathic and I never felt like he was trying to sell me anything beyond what I asked for, including after surgery products. My only complaint is that he was not very sensitive about weight, though he did not ever mention a required BMI for surgery with him. His staff were excellent, especially his assistant the day of surgery. He even called me the same day to check in.

Happy to hear that you had such a great experience! How was your recovery following the procedure?

My recovery was very easy...I did get the Experel shot, but I can't compare what it would have been like had I not. I felt really nauseated the first day and had no appetite, but by day 3, I was really feeling like myself. I followed all his aftercare instructions regarding walking and didn't need pain killers after the first couple of days.
