Ready for the Long Waited Makeover

Just went to the shops to get some new sports bras. Going back to the gym from the coming Monday. Can’t wait. Loving how there’s no more ugly loose and wrinkly skin on my tummy.

Hello my beautiful RS sisters, it’s been awhile. Life has got so busy!!
Can’t believe it’s almost 9 weeks after my MM surgery in Phuket Plastic Surgery Institute, Thailand. I was telling my husband the other day how I miss that place and my PS. He looked at me weirdly and said, ok, you miss a hospital...... lol. Guess I had such a good experience there with the doctor, the surgery and all the lovely nurses and staff.
Currently I think all the swelling has long gone. But still feeling tight in the ab muscles. Anyone else has the same?

Attached are some photos I just took after shower. Currently I have been applying Embrace Scar Defense on my TT incision. This is the 14th day. I will do the whole 60 day. It’s such an expensive exercise. Only hope it works! Fingers crossed.

Today is the 27th day post op. Things are continuing to improve.
My energy level is 95% back to normal. I sleep a lot better at night. I can now sleep on my back and on both sides. However, I still wake up to turn.
My boobs are still hard and not fluffed, even though I follow my PS’ instruction to massage it 10 times a day. I have stopped wearing the boob tubes provided by my PS and started wearing the soft sports bra. Its still somewhat surreal to me that I have actually got breast implants. It was once a totally different world that I didn’t dare venture in, but now its my reality. And I’m loving it. The skin around my nipples is very stretched. I’m concerned there’s going to be new stretch marks. Having been applying body butter and rose hip oil to help with the stretch.
My stomach swelling is gradually going down, with a controlled and healthy diet. I went back to work last Monday. This first week back wasn’t too difficult and didn’t cause too much swelling, as I have a desk job. The only challenge is that I can’t massage my boobs as often as I should in the office environment. I’m almost standing 100% straight, except the abdominal muscles are extremely tight right under my boobs. However, this is expected as my PS told me that this is where my stitches are.
My incisions are healing well. I am currently using ScarAway silicon tapes. I hope it improves the scar appearance. At the moment the TT incision is very dark. This is also expected. I am leaving these tapes on 24/7.
