So how is it going?
April 26, 2019
Its going the pain is actually not as bad as i thought it was gonna be. I think the worst was the first 3 days after surgery bu day 4 i was hardly in any pain. I had my 1 week check up on tuesday. The doctor said i was a little behind on moving around and more swollen than he had hoped i would be so he changed my garment to a binder and he put it really tight and i ended up with my incision opening up on my side. He told me to improve my nutrition even more and put bacitracin ointment on it and make sure it doesnt stick to my binder. He also said it looks fine there is no infection. So at this moment im hoping for the best and it closely up quickly. My breast om the other hand have been super easy. I was told i was getting a lollipop lift and he ended up take more skin than he thought so i now have an anchor incision.
I have been wanting to post. But i have hit the depression blues since last night and my incision opening up.

I didn’t take any supplements, my PS actually advised against most of them. Arnica was ok to take. Which Most women I see on RS use Arnica which helps with reducing bruising. It is most definitely not a necessity I myself did not take them. I used the R.I.C.E method R-rest I-ice C-compression and E- elevation . Hope this helps! Good luck!!

Next week is my pre-op

C.richard
So next week on april 2nd i have my pre-op for my mommy makeover w/breast lift, tummy tuck and lipo...i started to get super excited and nervous at the same time. And in the mist of everything going on in my life i have been dealing with a sinus infection for the last week now. Im ready for it to go away. I dont want this to be the reason why i have to re-schedule my suregry. Other than the sniffles here and there im feeling pretty fine. I havent worked out in a few days bc i wanted to give my body rest to get over the funk. But im below my goal weight and i couldnt be more excited. I'll keep yall posted those that are following next week once im finish with my appt.
