WORTH IT
Breast lift/augmentation is looking better. Rounder on the bottom. I'm looking forward to seeing how much better my results look in a few months.
My submental lipo looks very natural, minimal swelling. I get a lot of compliments on it.
Not pictured, my tummy tuck incision is healing really flat. I've been using silicone tape, and it looks like scarring might not be very noticable.

Dr. Z runs the best practice. His staff is very friendly, reassuring, and professional. They go above and beyond when it comes to patient safety, too. They are thorough and really take care of you.
About Dr. Z's work itself, I am amazed! When I saw my post op body, I couldn't believe it. I almost cried right there in his office. I went from a melted candle to bikini season overnight. My incision is so thin, and everything is very neatly done.
The pain package is perfect. I am convinced I got the best care available, and it shows. I was standing almost completely straight on day 3, and my pain level was always manageable without narcotics. I seriously came out of this only needing Tylenol.

Your coordinator should be able to add it on for you. I got exparel, ofirmev, and gabapentin. I think it made a huge difference for me.
I'm guessing from looking at our photos by you had neck liposuction. Is that correct? You look great, by the way!! How many days pot-op were the photos taken?
Thank you! I had chin/neck lipo, yes! The photos were from the day after surgery.
Do you have implants?
Yes I have natrelle 415cc silicone implants. I like them a lot so far!

You look great. I've seen a few women comment about the square bottom shape of their breasts after a lift with Dr Z. How do you like your breasts??

As far as the square shape, they just need time to settle, drop and fluff. I think for the pictures, a lot of people travel a long way to see Dr. Z, so most of the after pictures are from the day after surgery. A week after my surgery, my breasts are already looking a lot more natural. They're rounding out as time goes on.
