Office Review: Office Staff Are Dishonest and Not Professional

I scheduled an in person consultation through Anny, but cancelled it due to reviews and experiences that others had reported. I was also led to believe he was in his own office, but that office is still ran by Seduction which I wanted no part of. I had to send a refund request to the refund department and they are refusing to refund my consultation fee of $500. I cancelled more than 48 hours in advance and never had the consultation. I was also told that if I went to the consultation that was scheduled for 1pm that I might have to wait because Dr. Nair could be running late. I am not from Miami, and would have been waiting for who knows how long (on my vacation) especially after reading reviews of women being taken into surgeries late into the evening because they are always unorganized and running behind. I am disputing the charges with my credit card company and will continue to share my story until this is resolved. I was told by the person booking that I needed to pre-sign the surgical contract which states that booking fees are non-refundable, but my fees were not for the surgery, it was simply for the consulation, no surgery was booked yet. I was told that this fee was refundable as long as I cancelled by the day before the appointment.
