Mommy makeover
I would give 0 stars . So i started my journey back in 2019 . Me and Dr salas talked about a mommy makeover (tummy tuck , breast lift/reduction and lipo to the flanks). Then we spoke again in 2020 and i decided to add lipo to the bra rolls too so that was added to my quote also along with everything else. I sent a total of $2750 with the deposit (500$)included . So then i requested another consultation because i decided i wanted to add a fat transfer to my hipdips. I spoke to dr salas again TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO MY SURGERY (this is my 3rd or 4th time talking to him). He said the fat transfer to my hipdips would be too much and i said okay no problem because my main concern is my breast and my stomach which is the mommy makeover (tummy tuck , breast lift/reduction and lipo to the flanks).. i dont know what happen after that last consultation but dr salas decided to write in his notes that i couldnt do my breast and my stomach in one procedure which is what we’ve been discussing for 2 YEARS NOW. He didnt inform me anything when we were on the phone i had to find out this information from his assistant lysette . At this time I already booked me and my bestfriends flight (350$) and the airbnb(1400) . Pissed is a understatement of how i feel . He waited two weeks before my surgery date to tell me i couldnt do both. I requested a refund because for two years i thought i was getting something he claims i couldn't do. Horrible communication in that office everything is all over the place. They only gave me back $2250 because a 1,000 is non refundable but his other assistant jessica was able to get me 500$ back so i lost 500$ because they don’t communicate well. Dr salas had two years to tell me he couldnt do a mommy makeover on me because my breast “are too large”. I spoke to him 3/4 times. So now i have to find another doctor and have this body for another year because everywhere is booked . I waited two years for this i could of at least received ALL OF MY MONEY for their mistake. But i will say jessica is sweet but lysette has a nasty attitude, she was annoyed with me when im the one who should be pissed at my time being wasted. Dr salas does great mommy makeovers but I wouldnt recommend this place !!
