The experience was definitely not worth the money I paid

The initial consult, Dr. Stoker was helpful and charming like many said. Clearly a great surgeon. He gave time to the consult so I chose him. After booking my surgery is when things changed. The pre-op was rushed, he and the staff half answered questions which didn't make me feel great and the staff became PUSHY when it was time for me to pay and tried to convince me to do all surgeries. When I changed procedures, he and they got annoyed.

When they got full payment things changed again. And I paid alot. The surgery was fine but the experience was definitely not worth the money I paid.

Lastly, the post op was much of the same. The social media asks were aggressive. I basically became a cash cow for him - multiple photos, multiple videos all to show that he has a "variety" of patients (questionable) and I was not compensated for any of it. Basic marketing hogs and wish I had not done it in hindsight. I wouldn't have minded if the results were as good as he was letting on.

Overall he's a fine surgeon but do your research. Pay attention to how you're treated. Knowing what I know now, I would have shopped around for better service. We should never leave a surgeon feeling like we've had subpar experience.
