Nice Guy but Poor Business Ethics and Time Management
Complaint Details
I had to pay in full in order to receive the date that I wanted for surgery just to be given the run around after. once I submitted my medical clearance The business had faulty communication, a lack of attentiveness, and warnings of time sensitivity inwhich they disregarded. After my doctor cleared me and gave me full approval including labs, mammogram, physical, and full panel blood work and urine analysis, he used my “pcp notes” regarding an issue I brought forth to my doctor about a lump I sustained from a bbl two years prior, which she wrote in the notes “a CT scan or MRI COULD BE CONSIDERED versus extraction” not that it was highly advised, life threatening, or would compromise my health for the surgery. My doctor then stated she would be willing to communicate with the doctor whom was confused about her instructions and disregarded her clearance. My pcp also scheduled me for a biopsy as opposed to an mri or ct scan to find out what was mixed with a collection of fat but he specifically wanted to do an mri and have the results within a 10 days time frame which he knew was unrealistic and impossible to do. My surgery date was for 4/14 and the first available date for a biopsy is 4/13 ( which would take 2-14 days for results) making it impossible and a waste of me paying in full for a date that would be voided. Ghurani offered to push the date to another time but I would need to repeat and pay out of pocket for all the required medical clearance I had previously done. This has left me financially drained, and increased my anxiety 10 fold. If he said something sooner when I was harassing them to check my clearance, this could’ve been avoided. They make you jump through hoops. They shouldn’t accept any money for a date unless there is clearance or allow the patients to know the policy prior to booking and not After which is deceptive. If they were on the ball as I was, they wouldn’t have waited until there was 10 days left to tell me. I had my results in 30 days before as directed. they posted new dates available to lure clients to pay in full as opposed to answering my emails and correspondences. His coordinator Cindy loves to post shoes and new surgery dates while you’re waiting for her to respond to an urgent email.
