Mommy Makeover, Best Money I Ever Spent.

After 3 kids and 50 lb gain per pregnancy (45 lbs weight loss after pregnancy), I left with saggy stomach and deflates breasts. Loss skin everywhere. I tried to workout and dieting, but it doesn't restore volume back to my chest nor deal with loss skin around my waist. I put on my "big mommy panties" everyday and trying to take care of everybody else, deep down I'm not satisfied with my own body.

As my big 4-0 is approaching, I decided to get a mommy makeover. It's expensive. Including breast implants and tummy tuck, lipo around torso, it's about 30k from Dr. Bray. But let me tell you, it's the best 30k I ever spent on myself. And Dr. Bray is one of best in Canada and he is in my city so it was no brainer for me. Mommy makeover is one of Dr. Bray's specialty, I wanted a doctor who has performed the surgery thousands of times and share the same aesthetic (Natural looking breasts). Of course I recommend everyone to consult 2-3 doctors before decision is made, even thou I didn't.

Dr. Bray is gentle and nice. He is always so clam and give me all the time I needed during our meeting. The office staff and nurses are exceptional. They will go above and beyond to take care of you. Big shout out to Paulette! <3

The recover is not a breeze. You are bed bound for the first 1-2 weeks. Hubby had tp take care of everything. Pain killers were prescribed and purchased, but I only took over the counter kind, my pain tolerance is high. The hardest part is waiting for recovery. You need about 8 weeks until going back to office work. Or 12 weeks for physical work.

The result is totally worth it! My breasts looks natural and are lifted. My midsection is flat and even shows muscle tone. I went back to physical work at the 3 months mark, so the physical work helped with weight loss and muscle gain.

I finally, for once in my life, is in love with my own body. I have been flaunting bikinis and cutoff shirts all summer. My husband loves the result too. Wink wink.

To all the mommies out there, you deserve it! We deserve it! If you have the means to do it, do it!

Best of luck on your journey.
