Age 42 - want stomach muscles repair & hourglass figure back without extra skin

Dr. Carp is Very Talented & the Staff is So Friendly and Upbeat!
My Journey
Back story...Growing up I was skinny to the point people thought that I didn't eat. Trust me I did, I just had a very high metabolism and was in many sports. I was 100lbs when I got pregnant with my 1st at 21 and 180lbs when I delivered due to blowing up the last 2 months. Back to back big babies (last being almost 10lbs) along with them wanting to breast feed on one side more than the other truly did a number on my body. Just when I was starting to get my body moving in the right direction I found out i needed a hysterectomy at 26. Weight loss has been a struggle ever since (I am 42 now). My regular doctor told me my stomach muscles were damaged so I wouldn't ever be flat again but I still did everything I could to manage my weight. I ended up having surgery to clean out endometriosis and later to remove galbladder which further had me struggling and added to my pooch. Not to mention my breast had grown and the size difference could be seen so much more now to the point I barley filled my bra cup with one and the other overfilled it.
~Dr. Carp-- In 2017 after looking into few doctors I found out a couple of my friends had seen Dr. Carp and they said he could help me to love my body even more by addressing areas I struggled with. I loved their results so I set up a consultation. Unfortunately my work would not let me have the time off for surgery. By the time I switch jobs and had PTO it was 2020. Well we all know how crazy that year and the next was so again I put myself on the backburner to focus on my work who needed all hands on deck, my volunteer work, my family, and staying healthy. One thing I learned during that time was life is short, take the chance and invest in yourself. So Oct 2021 I called and set up a consultation with Dr. Carp again who now also had the surgical suit right their at his facility!

WOW did everything go by quick! I still loved Dr. Carp as much as I did the 1st time I met him. He is very direct with saying "Tell me want you want" and "Here is what we can do". I let him know that I wanted my stomach muscles repaired and my hourglass figure back without the extra skin and pooch including the pubic area pooch. I also wanted the focus of my chest to be more on my boobs then the side boob and deflate, unevenness of them as they are now. Dr. Carp and his staff had me pumped and feeling confident that it was finally my time. So I swallowed my fear and worry about spending money on myself, paid my deposit and set my surgery date.
~2/11/2022- PreOp appointment
I created a book to keep all my surgery wishes, questions and information in. When I went in with my book of questions Dr. Carp and his staff answered everything that I threw at them and addressed any of my concerns. They did not look or treat me like I was silly or any of my questions were stupid. Again I felt pumped and confident in my decision. Dr. Carp took before photos and was able to show me a visual of my breast augmentation which helped since I am a very visual person. I left with all of my pre-surgery and post surgery prescriptions, risks and instructions. Many of my questions were answered in the paperwork they provided. To say I was very overwhelmed is probably a understatement but I was grateful for all the information provided. I also left with a cute bag and robe which was greatly appreciated!!
~2/26/2022 Current day and other notes-
Only a few days away from surgery and I am so nervous and excited. I am confident in Dr. Carps skills and cannot wait to share before and after pictures with all of you. As I said before I have seen his work on a couple of my friends and love how they look. His staff has gladly answered any of my questions when I call in and are always so friendly and upbeat. They truly cheer you on ever step of the way. Thank you for that!
