I have to say this community helped me so much when I was deciding to go for my mommy makeover that was long overdue to say the least! I had my surgery 05/04/2018 with Dr. Alex Zuriarrain aka Dr. Z in Miami, FL. I’m from Toronto, Canada and I have to say I was quiet nervous having Surgery outside my country only because if there were any complications it would make after care a nightmare. In any case after meeting Dr.Z I was confident that everything would go smoothly and off we went. Dr. Z has amazing beside manner and he genuinely cares about his patients, he was there to answer questions before and after my procedures. He completed a full tummy tuck, minor lipo to my flanks and a lollipop breast lift with silicone implants and he did an amazing job. I am now almost 4 weeks post op and healing like a champ. Thank you so much to Dr.Z for your amazing work and care you’ve literally changed my life!!!

You look awesome! If you don’t mind me asking what size and brand did you go with and under the muscle? What size were you pre-op? I’m considering Dr Z and after all the reviews I’ve read about it I’m more convinced to go with him.
Hello there, thank you for your comment. I have to be honest I was not to fixated on the size or placement. I met Dr.Z for the first time an hour before my procedure and I told him I wanted my sloppy B to become a nice full C and used his professional judgment on how many cc’s and the placement. In the end I believe I ended up with 330 and 300 cc under muscle allergan silicone implants. One thing he said that made me decide he was best one to choose the proper size was that you can’t look at someone else and be like I want her breast same size etc, because all our bodies are different. Dr.Z was an amazing choice I couldn’t be more happy!
