5 weeks post BbL

Not much to say except I feel great! The results are overall satisfactory. I do notice an improvement in my overall contour, but would liked to have been a better shape of my butt itself. It is evident that a tummy tuck is desperately needed! I hope to be happy with my contour AND tummy once everything is said and done! I haven’t gone to hard on working out because I want to ease my way back, but do plan on it next week! Otherwise, I hope to debut my new contour this V-day as I will be off the garment by then!

Almost 3weeks BBL

Well, its gotten much easier after that first week. My body is slowly forming into what it will be like and Im loving it! I have to admit I sat on my butt since 1week post op. The limitations on my body have been the hardest. I feel ready to exercise but have limited range of motion around my abdomen. I have been doing daily yoga to stretch. I also stretch in the shower and massage right after, this has been so beneficial in my recovery. I do have opinions on the procedure as far as results, but I want to wait the full 6 weeks before coming to any conclusions.
One thing I did hear is that I need to wait a full year before having a tummy tuck done because before then there is still a lot of scar tissue that limits the amount of give in the skin, so it can loosen up over time. I had my life planned for 6 months but it looks like that may not happen.

6 days post op BBL

Well Im six days in, and patiently awaiting my final results. The first three days were tough! Hard to move around, sleep, get comfortable, stretch, everything. The draining stopped after the second day, and I started massaging day three. Its really helped me feel better and be optimistic about healing. The fourth day thru today (sixth day) has been much better. Sleeping still kinda sucks, I wake up still and achy, but once up Im on auto mode. I know how to lay, sit, and am used to the restrictions of healing. I am able to do very light yoga stretches and be active all day. Today was also my first manual lymph drainage massage, it felt amazing. I have been using my lipo foam and pad to prevent any buildup and promote healing. Still taking herbal blood building supplements and drinkable vitamins to keep hydrated. This entire process has been hard on the body, but luckily It has not knocked me out fully and Im am still functioning and productive. As far as my results, I am happy about my shape and know it will only get better with time. Now I really cant wait for that tummy tuck in 6 months!

Overall rating

Dr Ron Hazani was adequate in his professionalism. I am now past the six week mark and am overall satisfied with my results. The pros: very flexible and accommodating, realistic and honest, prompt and effective communication. The cons: no follow up care from MD himself, did not address concerns about results, did not wish to see my wish pics, and said to just let him do what he knows how, personally I feel he emphasizes that there will be imperfections because quality is a bit lacking (not a perfectionist) because my body is very different on each side. It feels like it was done by two separate people. Again, I am overall satisfied with my shape, and think he is a great option for those looking for good results, and want to pay a reasonable price for it.
