Ask for Mabel to Be Your Coordinator She Really Cares and is Like a Mom
I have had a great experience the Xiluet. All the girls as have always been sweet to me every time I've answered they have not been rude or disrespectful and I actually like being called sweetie or my love I appreciate it
I've been so nervous about this whole experience it's been nice to have such an inviting atmosphere to walk into preparing for my surgery
I think if you're an impatient person and expect results the next second you call then maybe you should go elsewhere because they are very busy and sometimes they place you on hold or get back to you a day or two or several days later but my problems whatever I've had I've always been patient and they've always sorted things out
my surgery is this coming Tuesday Dr Benjamin will be there and my coordinator made sure she went and got clearance from him 2 days ago spoke with him directly to make sure everything was good for the surgery
Mabel Armas is amazing..... She has guided me through every step
There was time when I was scared and thinking of canceling and was in tears hysterical. She has been like family to me in the way she supported me. I can not express enough. I am a massage therapist and practice guided meditation with my clients as well as mindfulness I get so caught up in helping other people feel good with their bodies and pain and mentally distressing their lives that it's hard for me to relax and I get very upset sometimes over the littlest things Mabel has been so patient and been supportive to me and I cannot thank her enough. A special gift basket is waiting for her on Monday at pre-op!!
For some reason I have made multiple posts on the Facebook page where women are added in a group where they can talk about their upcoming surgery a lot of my posts about how awesome my coordinator has been have been getting flagged I've left three reviews on the actual Facebook page itself with my five star review and all of them have been flagged for some reason so shout out also to Veronica Ruiz who has gone above and beyond to help me find other forms of social media including RealSelf to leave this post about how awesome my coordinator is and how satisfied I am with my experience at this plastic surgery office thus far!
