The Journey Begins…Scene 1

I’ve been an unofficial member of RealSelf since May 2015. This is about the time I discovered its platform; however, I’ve been thinking about a Tummy Tuck or Liposuction for about 10 years. I currently have implants from a breast augmentation done in November 2003. At the time I was 33, with my left breast sitting at a D cup and my right breast sitting at a C cup. My surgeon at the time wasn’t sure if my skin would keloid, so he recommended going through my areola and placing the implant underneath the muscle. He filled the left upper breast to add volume at the top and filled the left breast to match.

At the time I was happy with my results and now here I am 18 years later. I’ve gained a few pounds here and there, and eventually my breast went back to their former selves with the left being larger than the right breast, but with more volume. Go figure; gravity just couldn’t mind his own business.

At any rate, in March of 2021 I decided I was ready to have my implants removed and lifted, my
tummy nipped and tucked and my flanks lipo sucked for good luck. All of this for my 50th birthday.

I have been stalking RealSelf members and doctors for years, looking for the perfect fit. I finally found a doctor on the east coast who fit the bill. His work has been consistent, but with incredible improvements in his technique over the years which says a lot. With all of this being said, I am scheduled to have my Mommy Makeover surgery on Dec. 16, 2021.
Here are my current stats.
Height: 5’7
Weight: 161.2 lbs
Circumference: 32
BMI: 25.2
Bra Size: 36DD/38DD
Pants 10 / Shirt L / Dress M/L

My goal is to lose 7-11 lbs before surgery; however, I am not on a diet, have never been on a diet, and don’t plan on going on a diet. This is my heaviest weight. For the past 8 years my weight has fluctuated between 155-157. Whenever I drop a few pounds it’s when I’ve returned to working out consistently with some form of cardio. My go to cardio in the past 3 weeks has been riding my bike for 6-8 miles 4-5 times a week. I’ll continue with this and add some weights and jump roping and see what happens.
Whether I lose those few pounds or not I don’t know. But what I do know is that I am excited about my upcoming surgery, returning to the flat side, and whatever else lies ahead.

Here are a few pictures of me now. I’ll share some full body nudes soon.
