With less than 100 days until the big day I am beginning to prepare my body for sx. I purchased a few vitamins and I was wondering how you ladies will be taking yours? Are there certain ones that can't be taken with others????

Good morning Dolls????. I am one step closer on this journey to becoming and better version of myself. I’m excited but it hasn’t really hit me that I’ll be taking this major step in my life. I’m sure the anxiety will come sooner than later, but nevertheless I am ready and there’s no turning back now (for me). I have support from my family they’re more concerned about me traveling abroad. My husband is excited but concerned because he won’t be able to travel with me. But he supports me because I always support him in everything he’s done. And if it’s gonna make me happier he’s with it. I’m being very open with him about the journey and kind of giving letting him know what to expect post op. My mom is trying to talk me out of it because she’s scared to death that something will happen and she won’t know how to get to me. She says I don’t need sx and I should just work out with her. I told her that “I’m not asking for permission, I’m simply informing you of my decision.” I told her that’s she’s been exercising for 20+ years and she’s hasn’t lost any weight lol. She laughed (we joke like that) but it’s true. I paid my deposit today and booked my sx for Wednesday June 19th exactly 100 days from now???????? I have to start preparing my body for these procedures. I’m going to go out and get my vitamins and start taking them ASAP! What vitamins are you ladies taking?

Congrats on getting one step closer! June will be here a blink of an eye. Once your deposit is confirmed (i paid thru paypal and sent a screenshot of the confirmation, got my confirmation within minutes) they will send u a list of vitamins.... but this is what i was instructed to take

All once a day: folic acid, vit c and b complex
