Full Tummy Tuck and Breast Lift with Dr. Palmer

Nearly a year later.

WORTH IT$10,000
I chose at the time to do a tummy tuck and breast lift without the fleur de lis. I now wish I did a breast lift, lower body lift and fleur de lis. But as they say, hind sight is 20/20.
I’m considering what to do next to improve the laxity in my upper stomach, address the need for a revision where My body rejected the stitches, and also want to do something about my thighs, arms, hips and sagging butt!
Either way, for those of you considering the tummy tuck and breast lift, here are my updated pics. Ive lost a few pounds since the surgery and sort of think I’ve had fat increase in my thighs and butt area.
I was scared of boxy breast. But they look and feel great. Very happy with them.
The scars are lighter colored than the pictures show. Other than where I had the stitch rejection, the scars are smooth and soft. ????

You look great! A great improvement over your before! My breasts are being a pain with the sutures! They’re effectively rejecting them. I’m a patient of Dr Palmer as well and for some reason it won’t let me add it to my review, but I’ll keep trying. So far I had a breast lift (with already existing breast implants) and a tummy tuck. In 10 days I’m doing a BBL with lipo of my whole back and inner thighs. I can’t wait! He was so displeased with the issues on my breasts with the sutures, but the overall shape and look of them is fantastic. When I was young, my body rejected a belly button piercing 3 times so I can only imagine that’s what’s going on with my breasts. It’s just funny that my tummy tuck incision seems to be doing perfectly. Anyway, it was great to see your review! I hope you’re doing well! ❤️❤️❤️
I’ll be looking for your bbl. I imagine you’ve already done it. I’m very interested to know how you heal from it. Ive lost more weight and have issues with sagging skin. I would love to go back and find a way to fix the pancake look my hips and butt have now.

It has been two months and a few days since my surgery. I’m still healing, but I am pleased overall with the outcome. I had a setback in my healing with a couple incision spots. You can see the packing for one spot. Dr. Palmer and staff have addressed whatever issues came up. The problem with the incision is nearly healed. I added some pictures from 4 weeks and 6 weeks of the incision as I progressed.

Dealing with the setback has been tough for me due to how long it’s taking to recover. But, as you can see that is nearly resolved.

I still have some swelling and hardness in the center area of a tummy tuck scar in the area that runs vertically still goes numb each day due to swelling from movement. I have trouble being as active as I would like to be.

Overall I’m pleased with my breast Lift. I have a small issue to address on my right breast with Dr. Palmer next week. A stitch end is poking out from the incision preventing healing in that tiny area.

One thing I love about getting the procedures done by Dr. Palmer is that the incisions are evenly made. I like that the lines are so perfect and not all jagged looking like some of the other TTs and BLs I see on Real Self. You can see from my photos the lines are clean looking, like someone just drawer a line with a marker.

24 Days P.O.

My pain is manual at this point. I’m only taking Tylenol for the pain now.
I’m still having swelling in my abdomen and hard to the touch area closes to the scar. But I can tell the swelling is decreasing. My breast swelling is mostly gone. I only have a little under my arms.
I’m wearing my compression garments still.
My scars are pretty much closed/healed. I’ve begun using SIlagen to minimize the look of my scars. It was proved by Dr. Palmer’s office. It stays well and I found it to be comfortable. Best thing, it is reusable!
