i love dr j plastic surgery!!!
WORTH IT
I am so blown away by the entire experience with Dr j and his staff!! His anesthesiologist is a sweetheart teddy bear. I love all the nurses and receptionist.
I'm only one month post op but I am loving my results!!!! I am so glad i had the strength to go through the surgery. I get major panic attacks and back out on a lot of things but not once did I have any hesitation. One of his patients posted about suffering from panic attacks. It was a very honest post that really calmed me. It even gave me strength. I thought, if she can do it so can I.
The staff was so chipper on surgery day. It made me relax. I thought to myself how could I be nervous when this is just a normal Monday for them. You can tell they love being in the OR. I can't wait to see the 3 month post op results.
The anesthesiologist told me he was going to give me something to relax then what felt like a few seconds they were waking me up to tell me I was in recovery and the surgery went well! Go figure!
I had a tummy tuck, breast lift, breast augmentation, arm and flank lipo. Daria recommended I stay at an aftercare facility for two nights and I am so glad I did. That played a huge role for having such a speedy recovery. I was able to start walking on day two. I also elected for 2 hyperbaric oxygen sessions.
Out of all the procedures I would say the breast augmentation was the most challenging because I'm still a little sore. The tummy tuck is a breeze especially if you've had a C section.
All in all, I could NOT have achieved this without Dr J and his team. They had to hold my hand for the entire process. I had 10 questions per day the two weeks following surgery and I received an email as well as a follow up phone call each day to have all my questions addressed.
Thank you Dr J, Daria, Alex, Dr Sha, Jeanette, Érica, the nurse who had a huge Diamond rock who placed my IV catheter. She was super sweet too!
OOPS! I completely forgot to mention how incredible Dr J's bedside manner is!!! I interviewed 4 doctors and he knocked it out of the park with his comforting demeanor! That was the main reason I ultimately chose him besides his incredible photos!
