After stewing on this decision for what seems like years, I finally went through with finding a plastic surgeon. After four kids I cannot get rid of this midsection fat and excess skin. It seems like all my weight is gains in either the front or the back but there's not slide down towards my hips and my thighs or my buttocks. So I am going to get a tummy tuck with 360 Lightbow and fat transfer to my buttocks and hips.for my procedure.

I’m finally going tomorrow for surgery. I’m pretty nervous and excited at the same time because I don’t know what to expect. I reviewed the doctors profile and seen a lot of pictures of the surgeries performed. Hope they can get rid of the spare tire. That is my biggest issue my stomach. However if I can have a little lump in the back compared to how flat it is right now that’ll be great. Wish me luck y’all!

I am staggering the pain meds so I can stay in top of it. Good luck to you too! Did you get the same procedure from me?

I got an abdominoplasty and breast augmentation. It’s a challenge trying to balance both restrictions when trying to get up and so forth. It’s hard not to use your arms AND abs to move. I’m day 6 and still can’t stand up straight or for very long without my back hurting really bad. Other than my back my pain is very minimal. I’m only taking Tylenol on occasion. These drains are my biggest irritation....one out 2 to go!!!

I got an abdominoplasty and butt lift. I couldn't imagine not being able to use my arms. I'm day 5, I believe and the pain is much better. Only on naproxen and occasional gabapentin. I went with a drainless tummy tuck so cannot relate to drains. Cheers to a speedy recovery!

Yesterday was a challenge. It was painful upon waking up from surgery, which is expected. I was just surprised on HOW painful it was. Once the pain meds kicked in the pain was tolerable. I have my faja on put will take pics so you can see what I look like.
I bought these “pee cups” so I can pee standing up, and it was a life saver! I highly recommend it post op. It keeps you from constantly sitting and standing. I got fluids and I was drinking a lot of water so this was great. I even had a large disposable cup at my bedside so I didn’t have to walk to the bathroom at night! My husband was kind enough to dump it for me.
