9 weeks Post Op
WORTH IT$20,000
Today 9 weeks. I have been able to sleep on my side, FINALLY!
My swelling has went down quit a bit, but I am following Optavia to hopefully lose 20 to 25 lbs. 3 weeks of today.
Before surgery, I was wearing size 14 tight and size 16. I seriously just put on a pair of jeans that are size 12 that I've had put away! They were a little snug but wow!
My breast feel completely normal, incisions look amazing to me and my belly button is Fabulous. I don't remember ever having a flat tummy or a belly button you could see.
Well enough of chatting, if you have questions, go ahead and ask.

8wpo!!!
So it's 8wpo! Most normal things I am able to do now!
I'm still wearing my Marena compression.
I also tried a lipo Board, that was a NO GO for me. When I sat it jabbed into my thighs, went I bent it jabbed into my chest.
So I ordered Lipo Foam from amazon... game changer. After I started using it I noticed a big difference in how my tummy skin felt, no more bruised feeling!
Just got cleared by doc to do exercises other than crunches and chest. Which is fine... I need to work on these thighs and butt now.
Here are updated pics!

4 wpo and 1 week back to work
Seems like way longer....
I went back to work, lots of on the feet work, no lifting restriction (given to myself).
I was exhausted by the ends day and thought some days I wasn't gonna make it the entire 8hrs.
I would swell and feel heavy and thick at the end of the day also.
Today was the the first day of the second week back to work, and the end of the day and through the day is and was better.
I am able to sleep in bed now mostly comfortable. I'm able to sit myself up and get myself out of bed now. And most things are becoming easier.
The main thing I deal with still, is my mid back hurting after periods of standing up.
I am still having trouble with not being regular. Still dealing with rips and bleeding from when I was COMPACTED from medication, but definitely better.
I pretty much have no scabs anymore and healing very nicely. (Knocks on wood)
20k and all the recovery time and exhaustion still seems unworth it.
Things I have enjoyed...
1. being able to wear my pants without having to pull them up and over my belly.
2. Also not having to worry about my shirt showing my tummy roll.
Seems silly but it was always a silent battle in my head and all I seen and thought about myself.
