I’m 1 day post op and doing well. I’m extremely sore all throughout my core. Very swollen, bruised, and tired. My breasts look awesome already. They’re swollen and achy, but not painful. I’ve been icing them periodically and it really helps. I took a shower, and it pretty much kicked my butt. I had to take some pain meds and then took a good nap. I’m trying to get up and walk every hour. So far I’m so happy with the results.

I’m still very bruised, swollen, and tired. I am able to stand a little more upright so I can walk a bit more. My shower today was significantly easier than yesterday. I still don’t have much of an appetite, but I’m forcing myself to drink some protein shakes and eat a little bit before I take meds. Incisions look the same, so I’ll take some updated photos in a few days. I had some friends come over today, and they couldn’t believe how good I look already. So, so far so good!

I’m feeling much better today. I’m able to stand almost completely straight so the pressure has been taken off my back. I still don’t have much energy. I was up doing some light chores, but after 2 hours I had to take some pain meds and take a nap. I really wanted to get out of the house this evening. I was able to dress myself in regular clothes, and have a quick dinner out with my husband. I had to wear a pair of jeans that are actually too big for me to be able to get them on over my cg. My husband said you couldn’t tell. Hoping to be feeling even better tomorrow!
