Dr. Ziyad has made my confidence sky-rocket

After losing 75lbs on my own doing Keto and keeping it off for 4 years, I decided it was time to finish my weight-loss journey! I knew I wanted to remove the skin on my stomach and enhance my breasts. (Mommy Makeover Extended Tummy Tuck, Muscle repair, lipo to 4 areas, breast lift and breast augmentation with cohesive implants) I joined facebook groups and did tons of research. After joining Dr. Ziyad’s facebook group and seeing all his remarkable results on women of all sizes, and learning he is double board certified, I knew he was going to be my doctor, even if it meant I was going to travel from NY to Florida.

I had the most amazing experience with Dr. Ziyad and all his staff at Sunset Plastic Surgery. From the coordinator answering all my questions, to preop, to my surgery day and aftercare, it was all seamless. I wasn’t just a number at Sunset Plastic Surgery.

Dr. Ziyad was very thorough at pre-op. We discussed my goals and expectations and he was very receptive and honest. His bedside manner and patient care is exceptional, and I felt he truly listened to me and took time to answer all my questions. Although I was extremely nervous about getting surgery (rightfully so), he made me feel at ease and I knew I was in great hands.

On the day of surgery, Dr. Ziyad came in to ask me again if I had any additional questions. He then marked me up and told me I would be going in shortly. His nurse and anesthesiologist were great and made me calm.

The post op care I received was phenomenal. I went for my first Post op appointment 3 days after surgery. There I met with the nurse and was taught how to properly clean my belly button and any questions or concerns I had were answered. I then chose to do a virtual post op appointment with Dr. Ziyad 5 days after surgery since I was staying over an hour away from Sunset Plastic Surgery and I really didn’t have any concerns that would have made me want to see the doctor in person. I felt this post op visit was very thorough. As time went on, any questions I had about my recovery, I could text the nurse or message Dr. Ziyad directly on Instagram. He always responded in a timely manner and showed care when doing so and asked me to follow up with him as time went on. This is a great option since he is in Florida and I live in NY.

My results, well my body speaks for itself. Dr. Ziyad has made my confidence sky-rocket! I can now say I truly feel comfortable in my skin. All my incisions healed perfectly without concerns. My stomach is flat and looks amazing, and my new breasts are everything I wanted. I will be forever grateful for Dr. Ziyad and the entire Sunset Plastic Surgery team.
