After very thorough research I had no doubt that Dr Ortega was the surgeon I wanted to obtain. I was not disappointed by him at all. Undeniably the best bedside manner, beyond knowledgeable in his field, kind and upbeat, has a No BS attitude towards facts and delivers what he promises. He settles fear and gives more than hope in is work! I’m slowly losing my results and although I cannot 110% commit and say I’d do his again, I know 110% if I had to, it would be under his knife! I’m grateful. There are 2 women on his staff that were notably kind and always a pleasure, an My anesthesiologist Lisa was beyond nice and I’m thankful she was a part of my process!
