Thank You Dr. Berger and Jackie!

I use to struggle with Sun dresses and fixing my boobs. I almost wore this dress with no bra today for Easter but still can’t do it. But after taking this pic I should just go for it! There are beautiful, fluffy and bouncy! My results exceeded my expectations!

I am a little over 4 months post op and it only gets better! I was cleared to exercise in January which I love. I know in order to maintain my results I will need to exercise and eat healthy. At this point in my recovery it’s scar management. I started using silicone tape everyday! I’m excited for this summer and bathing suit shopping!

Today I had a 4 week follow up appointment with Dr. Berger and it all looks good! My TT incision continues to get better everyday. Dr. said I can increase physical activity but take it easy 1 more month. Today I will start applying bio oil to keep skin hydrated.
