Dr. Z is Amazing!

If I could give this place no stars I would! The communication is horrible and they are highly unorganized. If the doctor you want has a private practice it’s worth the extra $$ because chances are you’re going to pay the same here. My coordinator told me preop was the day before surgery only to be told after I purchased my flights I had to be there two days early costing me +$300. My coordinator left and a new one was never assigned before my surgery even happened. They started cancelling people on my date because the doctor was overbooked. Even called me and I had missed the call only to call back and be told someone would be calling back. Never happened and when I called again they lied and said no one had called. Left for Miami and they had never updated my portal that I was cleared. Thankfully I had surgery and wasn’t cancelled the day of Pre op like a girl at my recovery house was. Asked for months for them to send me my records and get me a new coordinator as I now need a revision and was ignored for MONTHS! Found out my Doctor is leaving and only have a limited amount of time to schedule revision and since no one would answer me had to fly to Miami to get my records and get a new coordinator $1,000+. Now they want to charge me $1,500 for a revision which I would’ve been okay with had their incompetence and inability to respond to Instagram dm’s, chat messages, texts, phone calls and portal messages not cost me at least that much. This is a major life event and the stress is not good for your recovery, if your surgery even happens.
