Dakins vs Bacitracin
Nikita2019September 8, 2019
WORTH IT$16,500
I’m still working on my wound care under my right breast and now I have two more tiny openings on the bottom of each nipple. Perhaps starting the Silicone scar sheets when it was humid at my visit to NC was a bad combination. So I stopped wearing them and treated the small wounds with bacitracin and bandaids. Also, since I was not home I stopped using dakins solution and switched to bacitracin and the healing has picked up pace. I’m thrilled!!!

I had really bad scarring. My wounds healed slowly and even though I wore the wrap religiously, I used scar treatment as soon as the wounds closed and I still have keloid and damaged skin from the right breast when it reopened. Everyone heals differently and I’ve experienced both good and bad scarring. I should have insisted on glue and not stitches. I do much better with glue.

Feeling pretty

I can see potential!!! I can’t wait to get back to the gym. Excuse the old mirror - it’s not dirty just old. I’ve got 50 lbs to lose and I need to move in order to get results.

Slow wound healing
Nikita2019August 17, 2019
My right breast is slow to heal. We are using dakins solution and I guess it’s improving but I’m not sure. The bloating is crazy. I’m not fluctuating weight but sometimes I feel like a pumpkin. I see the potential and trying my best to eat clean and extra protein.

You are looking amazing. I hope the healing gets better soon. I’m day 4 post op and still have the drains. So painful and annoying. I’ve not seen my scars yet.

My wounds for a TT are doing the same thing where after a few weeks it looks like there is puss underneath. It is slowly healing on one side but the other side has still to catch up. Here is to a quick recovery <3
