WORTH IT
It’s had to believe it’s been 10 months since surgery!!
Everything is coming along great. My incision is still red but it’s fading in certain spots. My bb scar is thick and we are treating that with steroid injections to thin the keloid.
I’ve lost about 12 lbs from before surgery and finally have ab definition. It’s amazing!
I’m just so pleased with my results and Dr Struck. He’s been so great and attentive and wants to assure I continue to heal Perfectly.

9 week Update
I had my 9 week follow up yesterday as it went great! My dr said I’m healing great. Scar looks great and my breast have dropped into place. They are perky and full and just the size I wanted them. The little things that I have mentioned to Dr Struck, he has been great about reassuring if it doesn’t resolve over time, we can easily fix in office.
I still have some swelling at night and when outside doing physical activity and it’s hot. I’m still wearing my compression garment at night. And I’ve been given the green light to do abdominal exercises.
I’m over the moon happy with my new figure!! It’s been fun going shopping for new clothes. I’m also working out 4-5x a week because more than ever, I want to maintain my figure. It’s so amazing to see definition in my abs, after 18 years!

So great to see your progress! My MM is scheduled for 9/13. I hope to achieve results like yours!
Thanks! Good luck. The first month with be rough but once you get past that, you get to enjoy your new body. It’s so exciting!
Your results are amazing and after only 9 weeks! You look phenomenal!
@sarahlu36 Thank you! How are you recovering? Your surgery was a couple weeks ago right?
It was. It's been tough. I'm more mobile now. Still in swell hell though.
I’m still swollen!! Not as bad but I’m still battling it so I totally get it. Be sure to watch your sodium. And wear compression as much as you can. I also drank this tea called Weightless that helped to flush me. It’s more for menstrual bloating but I figured anything that would flush me out couldn’t hurt!
I am doing low sodium and keeping up the water intake. I 'll still wearing my CG 24/7. I don't think I could manage without it....ever?! Lol! I've not heard of that tea! I've also been recommended bromelain supplements. Have you tried them?
No I haven’t heard of them. It helps with swelling?
Yes. One of our other RS friends has told me about it..it's made from pineapple, which helps with swelling.
You look absolutely incredible ❤️
Thank you!

5 weeks Post-Op
5 weeks out and I’m feeling great! I’ve resumed work and hitting the gym 3-4x a week. I definitely feel my energy and strength is coming back. At week 4, I was finally standing upright!
I’m still wearing a compression garment at all times plus binder at night. I’m still swollen around my incision and hips, but I can tell it’s going down. I’m drinking a lot of water, limiting alcohol and eating low carbs/high protein meals. I’ve lost about 5lbs since my surgery.
It’s been fun shopping for new clothes and swimsuits. I got measured at VS and I’m at 32DDD. However, I only brought one bra from there- I’m going to wait until they settle down before buying more.
