I’m still completely happy with my results. You can barely see my scar. I can even wear bathing suits that are high on the hips and low on the belly without it being visible. I’ve gained 15 lbs during quarantine but I am still thrilled with my body.
Ladies if this is something you really want to do, take the plunge. I finally have the confidence I always wanted.

The belly looks great! The belly button healed really tiny and nice. Scar is barely noticeable. The doctor did amazing work. Thank you for your review and sharing your journey!

Did he do the surgery at the office or a hospital? Also, was there post op instructions given like in a handout and did you have to get massages done? And did you get lipo as well?

I did so much research and read so many reviews/journeys, I felt I needed to share mine as well. Dr. Messa has a very nice office/surgical center and the entire surgery was done on premises. When I had the original surgery it was about 5 hours and Dr. Messa keeps you there until the next morning. He is very thorough and makes sure you are comfortable and have no adverse reactions to anything. You are given all pre and post-op instructions at your pre-op appointment and then post-op instructions again upon discharge. You also have a follow up visit on the 3rd day post-op when you get to see everything and then every week after for several weeks. I had a small amount of lipo done on my hips. No massages at all.

Thank you so much! Believe it or not I only used a scar gel (ScarAway) for a week or so. I had a reaction to it so I stopped and just used CeraVe Moisturizing Cream with Ceramides and Hyaluronic Acid on my TT, Belly Button and Breasts.

Thank you so much for your kind words. I was so grateful for this app when I was beginning my Mommy Makeover research and journey. The Real Self reviews gave me so much insight. I made sure to bring a pair of low rise panties with me to my pre-op and showed my surgeon where I expected my incision/scar to be. I was so comfortable with Dr. Messa, I could tell him anything. I have been terrible about updating. I can say I am now 110% happy with my breasts. I thought my breasts would look completely different after having a lift and augmentation, but they don’t. They are still my breasts with the slight imperfections only perkier and prettier. They still have a small contour difference underneath and my nipples still point in slightly different directions, but all that was in my before pics too. I couldn’t be happier with the final product.
Before the revision I could tell the implants were there every time I used my pecs, now I don’t feel them ever. They can’t even be felt when squeezing my breasts...
Ladies, if you are thinking about his procedure and trust your doctor, go for it!

Hi! Your breasts look really good now. I'm glad you got your surgery and you're happy. I'm wondering how the tummy tuck looks now. Can you post some pictures of yourself and the scar, please? Thanks! BTW, I'm seriously considering this dr. Based on your posts and updates solely and I'm really scared but you've kept it real the whole time so that's why I'm asking for the pics. Hey everyone! I am so sorry about the long delay but as you know we are in the midst of insanity, by the name of COVID-19. I was finally able to have my revision surgery August 5, instead of April 15. I’m totally thrilled with Dr. Messa and his attention to detail. Pictures to follow in the next day or so. Promise!
