Mommy makeover to treat sagging breasts and abdomen pouch

The first few days after surgery it was very painful. It hurt to sneeze, laugh, cough, and move around. The meds did help, but after the 5th day I didn't want to use the heavy medicine. I am please with the results so far.

After two pregnancies, breastfeeding my children, & many years of not taking care of myself I knew I had to change my lifestyle for better health. With the help of a Veteran Organization, personal coaching, and a great sponsor I started to lose weight. Lost a total of 46 lbs.

But my breast sag, and I had a lower abdomen pouch I just could exercise away. So finally decided to have a Mommy Makeover.
