Breast Reduction & Went Back As Soon As Possible for TT

It took me a meeting with 5 plastic surgeons back in 2016 and waiting another 4 years to finally make the life-changing decisions for a breast reduction and lift. I never thought I would do a tummy tuck, but after immediate relief from the reduction and lift, I was back asking Dr. Stoeckel when can we do the tummy tuck. Dr. Stoeckel was my surgeon of choice, because of his obvious results on his previous patience and his team at Wake Plastic are all caring, kind, and professional. It was important to me that when I walk into a business that I am not just another number to make $$$.
Surgery vs. Risk was a HUGE component regarding my hesitation to perform any operation on my body, and therefore I chose the best Doctor that I could put my life in his hands. I suffer from terrible back issues since a sports injury as a teenager. The added weight of my breasts and weakened core muscles were becoming a huge issue with chronic pain. Today I am 7 months post-operation. The pictures below are 3-month results.
I took the time to write this review because I know my body is still healing and I wanted to make sure I could stand behind my review to help another future patient in their decision.
Today, I am able to sleep without back pain. I strongly believe that the procedures performed have helped tremendously. I know I will always have back issues, but with the support of Dr. Stoeckel, he has given me another chance post-pregnancy to regain core strength and reduce unnecessary weight in my breast. Thank you, Dr. Stoeckel
Also, he answers every text message you send him. If I had concerns he had answers and was available.

Beautiful results! Did you only have back issues after the implants or chronic back problems? Thanks for sharing your journey with us on RS!
I mean like did the pain increase greatly after implants?
I never had implants, so I can't answer that question.
Sorry I was half asleep replying to reviews. I think I mixed this comment up from another review, sorry.
no worries. I had questions and before my surgeries, Wake Plastic Surgery aligned past patients to talk to me about their experience. It was really helpful. I hope you get the support you are looking for :)
Thank you! I'm super pleased with the results and even more impressed with the overall physical relief my body feels. I love that you think I have implants!!!! BUT I DONT.... he just took all the extra breast and lifted it with some reduction. My natural breasts after having children were really heavy, huge, and sagging making it very difficult to run or find a sports bra to hold them in place. I elected for a breast reduction and lift. One breast was about an entire size larger than the other. Specific to your question, I had a sports injury to my lower back when I was about 12 years old. It's a constant on and off problem, but with the tightening of the core and weight off the breasts I really believe I am having some MAJOR relief! I first had the reduction & lift done not even thinking about my lower back injury. However, the lift/reduction reduced so much neck, shoulder and upper back pain that it made it an easy decision to go back and do the tummy tuck. After the reduction I am still at DD, but the skin is tighter and holds them in place I guess that the reduction that was performed helped a lot. For instance I do not need to rely on bra straps to hold up my HEAVY breast anymore. So incredibly thankful for that!
I have implants but I believe their causing great stress on my body. I was replying to ladies with removal and/or BII issues this morning so that where I go confused. However I've had chronic back problems from a car accident 25 yrs ago and I believe the implants have caused major inflammation within my body. Sometimes I wish I just did the lift like my hubby was telling me. I go to PT several times a week working on my core. They do cupping amongst other things to help. You look fabulous! Thanks for sharing your review. Happy continued healing dear.
